Hiring: ERP Project Manager / ERP Implementation Specialist
Location: Souq Aljumaa, Tripoli, Libya
We are seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager / ERP Implementation Specialist to lead and manage our ERP project from planning through deployment and post-implementation support.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the end-to-end implementation of an ERP system across the organization.
• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
• Manage ERP integrations with existing business systems and third-party applications.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
• Configure, test, and optimize ERP modules based on business needs.
• Develop implementation plans, training materials, and user adoption strategies.
• Monitor system performance and resolve implementation challenges.
• Ensure data migration is completed accurately and securely.
• Provide ongoing support and continuous improvement recommendations after go-live.
Requirements
• Proven experience managing ERP implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems, business processes, and system integrations.
• Experience with ERP customization, data migration, and workflow design.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience integrating ERP systems with accounting, inventory, HR, CRM, e-commerce, or other business applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
• ERP certifications or project management certifications are a plus.
• Experience with cloud-based ERP solutions.
• Knowledge of API integrations and business process automation.
• Experience working with medium to large-scale ERP deployments.
